Concept approval (Room equipment schedule and department schedule):

We provide you with a room-by-room equipment list showing what equipment will be in each room and all the utilities needed for their operation. As a result of this, our database gives you a list of and quantities of equipment in each department.

Design Phase:

based on the approved room lists by your medical team, we provide the schematic room layout as well as elevations including all required clearances and utility connections. Medical facilities are specialized, demanding and require high complexity in planning and construction. They call for an exact coordination with other disciplines. With our strong connections with the equipment local dealers we make sure that the room design and the needed utilities are compatible with the equipment requirements to ensure smooth installation after construction is completed and the equipment are delivered.

Construction Phase:

We coordinate closely with the architects and the construction contractor teams by supervising, reviewing and offering advice to ensure medical equipment requirements are being incorporated into the construction as per equipment product data requirements including clearances and utility connections as well as managing & coordinating of the installation of the medical equipment and furniture.

Procurement Phase:

We can manage and developed the entire procurement process while adhering to your polices and guidelines. We ensure integrity, accuracy and quality. We always get your approval before any commitment is made. Once you approve, we proceed to Identify, qualify, and monitor all vendor RFP processes. We will coordinate with your relevant departments such as legal, finance, purchasing etc. on all relevant matters such as payment and contractual issues.

Occupancy Phase:

We will manage and coordinate, if you want us to, all medical equipment and general furniture delivery, installation and testing. We will obtain sign off from your healthcare staff & other stakeholders as required. We verify that all clinical and non-clinical staff are well trained to operate the equipment and have obtained the documentation needed to operate and maintain all systems as well as provide ongoing vendor training assistance to the training department to ensure all medical equipment vendors training is incorporated into the overall training schedule.


We also provide Biomedical Engineering Department Consulting including Policy and procedures and management systems and management database. This will help you to meet the JCIA requirements and thus will help make it much easier to pass the JCIA audit.
